Sadly, I'm a muggle - not a magic bone in me. My wands, however, are full of magic - the kind that makes dragons, castles, wizardry, and adventures come alive for the children who play with them. Nothing beats the quality of a solid wood wand, and all my wands are hand-made from solid hardwoods, with a natural lead-free finish. Custom made to order, wands can be made stubbier and blunt for younger kids, more feminine or masculine, etc. - all per your specifications.

All my wood has been selected by the pickiest bowtruckles in Riverdale, with metaphysical magical cores detectable only by the young witch or wizard who the wand chooses, for as you know, the wand chooses the wizard. Look below and see if one chooses you.

Holly and Ebony Wizarding Wand - Opposites Attract

This wizard wand is made from ebony and holly. Ebony and Holly - as opposite as any two woods can be, combine in this hand-turned solid hardwood wand to great effect. Holly is known for protection, from dark wizards and poisons. Harry Potter favored his holly and phoenix feather wand in his battles against Death Eaters and of course, Lord Voldemort (oh sorry, I mean you-know-who. Sorry, call it Muggle Ignorance - I hope I didn't make you drop your mouse) Anyway...Ebony then is regarded as the most powerful and indiscriminate of magical woods, potent for all sorts of work. Put together then you have a powerful wand for dueling, defense, and other defense against the dark arts work.

Walnut and Alder Wand

This Harry Potter style wand has a solid walnut handle and a solid alder shaft. Designed to enhance the spellcasting of the wizard, and hand-turned by the Muggle Wandmaker, this wand is guaranteed to choose you or you can return it for a full refund. Walnut and Alder, combined together in a single wand, works a lot like Gulpalot's third law in antidotes - that the combination of the two is somehow greater, more powerful than the sum of the parts. What that means for the wizard or witch who wields this wand is that it isn't limited by the innate powers of the wood, but only by the imagination of the wielder. Order yours today, and remember, the wand chooses the wizard.

Bloodwood Wizard Wand - Dragon Tamer's Choice

This Bloodwood Wizard Wand is inspired by Charlie Weasely's work with dragons in Romania. Bloodwood works well with all elemental spheres, which comes in handy when dealing with dragons, some of which can of course spout fire, others lightening, acid, sleeping gas, and who knows what else - an all-purpose, powerful wand, ready for the wizard or witch it chooses to imbue flame-freezing charms and divine the metaphysical magical core. The wood is strong, naturally red, and ready for action. Remember, the wand chooses the wizard.

Cedric's Collection - Ash Wizard Wand, 12-1/2"

This hand-turned wizard wand is made from ash, and is about 12-1/2" long, inspired by the so-called "pretty boy with enough brains to fill a tea cup" by jealous Griffindor students. Cedric Diggory carried a wand from Ash - one of Ollivander's creations - and used it to great effect in the tri-wizard tournament. Unfortunately, the Avada Kedavra curse has no blocking, and so it didn't save him when Wormtail shot the killing curse at him. Ash is well-renowned for its use in charm work, and its protective qualities. Undoubtedly you'll have better luck if this wand chooses you than Cedric did with his in the end. Remember, the wand chooses the wizard.

Tulipwood Wizard Wand - 11"

This Harry Potter Style Wizard Wand is made from Tulipwood, and is styled with a tulip shape in the handle to enhance the metaphysical properties of the wand. One of my favorite woods to work with because of its beautiful yellow and pink grain patterns and its aromatic scent when cut and sanded, Tulipwood is said to be a very powerful wood for magic wands. A member of the rosewood family with deep ties to the moon, enhancing intuition and creativity, especially for spellwork that involves natural cyces, whatever that means ;) Don't expect more from me, after all, I'm a muggle wandmaker - you're the one whose magic makes the magic in these wands come alive.

Lignum Vitae Wizard Wand: Merlin's Verge

This wizard wand is made from Lignum Vitae, and is about 11" long. Lignum Vitae, one of the most dense, hard, and strong woods there is, is rumored to be the same wood the legendary wizard Merlin's wand was made from. With interlocking varied grain, the magic that flows through this wand is known for positive energy and luck. As Harry Potter found when using the Felix Felicis potion, luck makes all the difference in performing otherwise difficult spells, like the replenishing charm that had never gone right for him in lessons, but came in handy when seeking Professor Slughorn's memory. Try this wand, and you too may find that you have success where previously you struggled.

Bloodwood and Ebony Wand - 11" - Auror's Aid

This wizarding wand is about 11" long, with an ebony handle and a bloodwood shaft, combining the powers of the two woods in a way that comes in especially handy for tracking down and exposing clandestine operations. Bloodwood is revered for its use in uncovering secrets. Ebony is known for adding power to any kind of magic, especially protective charms. That's why this wand is favored by many of the Ministry of Magic's aurors - dark wizard catchers if you're not familiar with the world of Harry Potter. "Homenum Revealio" works especially well with this wand, as does "Protego" or any of the other defensive spells in your arsenal. Don't worry, though - when it comes to dueling, this packs a pretty offensive punch too.

Ambrosia Maple and Padauk Wizarding Wand

Made from Ambrosia Maple and Padauk, this is one of my more stunning wands I've made. Padauk is supposed to be a powerful but chaotic wood, not for the novice spellcaster. Maple is supposed to be good for charms and levitation, but when combined in the same wand, their powers intermingle for great effect. I'd watch out though - don't try bringing this one to school or you might wreak havoc in the library making books fly around if an untinded levitation charm went off unexpectedly - Madam Pince would have your neck!

Yew Wizard Wand - But Not You-Know-Who's

This wizard wand is made from yew. The most famous yew wand in recent wizarding history is the wand used by he who must not be named, in the torture and killings of untold muggles and wizards in the recent war that culiminated with the battle of Hogwarts. Of course, the wand was abandoned in a counter-productive search for the Wand of Destiny. Yeah, you-know-who was doomed from the beginning - if only he had understood the power he knew not...Anyway yew is supposed to be the wood of death, but I think that's an undeserved reputation - so the seeds and leaves are poisonous, and so a certain wand was used to kill a lot of people - still, all we need is a witch or wizard who has the courage to take this powerful wand and use it for good. Will that be you?

Available for $18.00, this wand is about 10" long.

Blackwood and Oak Wizard Wand

This wizard wand has a handle of African Blackwood, and an Oak shaft. Combining woods not only makes for awesome wands, but opens the door to a whole realm of magical possibilities. Oak is known for wisdom and strength, stability and protection. Blackwood is known to block other energies, and for removing communication barriers. Put together, this wand can make powerful shield charms - perhaps strong enough in the right hands to block those pesky unforgivable curses. None of my wands work for me, of course, being a muggle and all, but get the right witch or wizard and see what happens...

Cocobolo Wand - Adventurer's Wand

This cocobolo wizard wand really has to be seen and hefted to appreciate. Cocobolo is hard, strong, and dense, and has beautiful grain, which is why it's a favorite for woodturners. For wands, it's supposedly full of masculine energy - igniting ambition, desires, and even anger if you're not wary. It leads to adventure and aids in reaching goals, bringing strength and endurance to your wandwork. Really, though, it's guaranteed to inspire the spirit of adventure and fun in aspiring wizards with vivid imaginations.

This wand is about 11" long, and is available for $23.00.

Ebony Wand - All Purpose, Extra Strength Protego

All Purpose, Extra Strength - not just good for magical mess removal, this Ebony Wizard Wand is hand-turned to preserve its 'magical qualities.' Ebony is regarded the most powerful of all magical woods, channeling all types of energy freely, used for potent protection spells and the making of protective amulets. It's rumored that the Weasley twins used ebony wands to prepare their serious line of protective clothing for the Ministry of Magic.

Hand-turned and finished to a high sheen, guaranteed to choose the wizard who first wields it or you get a full refund. Price: $23.00

Holly Wizard Wand - Phoenix Feather Is Up To You

Our favorite boy wizard of all time wielded a wand of holly with a phoenix feather core against the most evil dark wizard of all time, he who must not be named, and he did it with great effect.

Holly, probably the whitest of woods, is supposed to have powers to protect from evil spirits. Personally, I think it helps if you share a magical core with your arch enemy and he underestimates it...Anyway, this particular wand is about 11" long, and is made knuckled and bony because holly looks like bone. As far as its magical properties are concerned, and whether it has a phoenix feather core or not, well, don't ask me - I'm a muggle after all. You're the wizard.

It's a cool wand. I hope it chooses you. Price: $23.00

Oak Wizard Wands: The Endurus Maximus Collection

Just as a large lumbering Care of Magical Creatures teacher is not to be underestimated, these wands are more than meets the eye. Their metaphysical cores may not be discernable to muggles like me, but in the hands of a witch or wizard, they're guaranteed to be full of magic. There's a reason Hagrid has an oak wand - like Hagrid, oak is known for strength, stability, and protection, teaching persistence and endurance, able to pierce counter-spells with ease.

These Oak Wizard wands are approximately 12" long and are available for $18.00. Other styles are available per your request.

Walnut Wand - 10" - The Redemptia

Very few wizard wands can claim on their resume to have been used to successfully break in to Gringots Wizarding Bank and make it back out again. One of these wands, made from walnut, was owned by a dark witch, but was used by Hermione Granger to steal a horcrux and fight the Death Eaters in the Battle of Hogwarts. The inspiration that guided my creation of this wand was derived from this epic story, which is why it is called the Redemptia.

Walnut is said to be a thoughtful, serious wood, but don't worry - tarantallegra and rictusempra work just as effectively with this wand as any of the more serious spells. As always, the wand chooses the wizard, and if this wand chooses you, you'll only be out about $15.00 plus shipping.

The Headmistress Wand: Maple, Purpleheart, Padauk

This 14" wizard wand was custom made for the Headmistress of the Bamberg Germany Summer School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The union of three kinds of woods brings together each wood's magical properties for a uniquely suited wand. Purpleheart brings creativity and healing power, Maple brings charm and levitation power, and Padauk, normally a chaotic fluctuating wood, is nestled between the two, allowing its power to come out with more stability and consistency than if it were the sole wood used in the wand.

So, headmistress Schreyer, good luck with your summer camp this year, and I hope this wand brings you success in keeping the students safe, instructing them, and having good old-school fun.

The Princess Wand: Pink Ivory and Purpleheart

Pink Ivory is one of the most rare and prized woods in wandmaking. Sacred to the Zulu people as their royal wood, myth tells that only true royalty may wield it--powerful with spells, assisting bringing visions and ideas into reality. Combined with the purpleheart, wood known for healing, divination, and creativity, this is a wand ready for use for good by any young princess. The pink and purple colors of the wood are preserved in a natural finish, and it looks beautiful.

16" long, and made from rare woods with two piece construction, I'm afraid this is a more expensive wand than most - $39.00.

Dueling Wands: The Pao Amarello Collection

Perhaps the most powerful wands I've made to date, this collection of hand-turned wizard wands was designed for dueling. Yellowheart, also called Pao Amarello, is known for leading to victory in combat, and yet also strengthening stillness in meditation - for the true, balanced wizarding warrior.Pao Amarello wood is smooth and vividly yellow, and the design of these wands is intended to easily shed attack from opposing wizards, while channeling the wielding wizard's energy to pierce shield charms and magical protections. Please, if a wand from this collection chooses you, be sure to use it for good, as its potency will not go unnoticed.

Divination Wands: The Purpleheart Cassandra Collection

This collection of Witch and Wizard Wands is named after an well renowned seer whose inner eye might have skipped a few generations. Hand-turned from solid purpleheart and individually styled, you just might foresee one of these wands choosing you!

Purpleheart is known for its powers in divination-if Trelawny had used one of these, perhaps she would have impressed Umbridge in her inspection after all. Don't write them off for other magical acts, though - purpleheart is also strong in its creative and healing powers, working equally well for healers and conjurers. And it's really cool looking wood.

N.E.W.T. Wizards Only - The Padauk Chaosmus Collection

These wizard wands are hand-turned from solid Padauk, with styling and design intended to reign in the more chaotic metaphysical properties of the wood. Wandlore says that padauk is a powerful but sometimes chaotic wood, its energy constantly changing, randomly fluctuating. This is probably why Professor Dumbledore banned Padauk wands for students who haven't yet passed their N.E.W.T. wizarding exams. Not to be underestimated, but in the hands of an experienced wizard, these wands have a lot of potential.

I suppose I should have researched the magical properties of Padauk before I tried waving the first of these wands around - you think Ollivander's was a mess after Harry Potter tried a few mismatched wands, you should have seen my shop! Good think I know Scourgify and Repairo! Could have been much, much worse. Still, if you think your magical abilities are honed and polished enough, this may be a wand for you.

Approximately 13" long, price as shown: $19.50 each.

Charmer's Wand - The Maple Leviosa Collection

These wizard wands are hand turned from solid maple, and are designed to enhance the metaphysical properties of the wood. Maple is renowned for its use in charms, particulary levitation charms such as Wingardium Leviosa and, if you're in a mischevous mood, Levicorpus (just make sure you don't think the word while holding your wand unless you want to hoist the nearest person up into the air by his ankles as Levicorpus is a particularly effective nonverbal spell). Maple imparts a longevity to your charms and jinxes, so that tarantallegra will keep your Hogwarts buddies scrambling as much as twice as long as if cast from another wand. The wands in this collection are about 13" long. Be sure to specify which style chooses you, for as you know, the wand chooses the wizard. Happy charming!

Wands of Defense - the Alder Protegus Collection

These wizard wands are hand-turned from Alder, a hardwood renowned in wandlore for its strength in defensive spells, including shielding against death curses, ill omens, and destructive emotions - no other wand is more effective against the unforgivable curses, no matter how sincerely they are meant. Not to be confused with Elder, the wood of the Death Stick or Wand of Destiny, which wood is typically considered unlucky for wand use. Alder is light, strong, and whippy.

Don't worry that they're not effective for other jinxes and charms and curses - and don't forget Mad Eye Moody's advice not to keep these wands in your back pockets lest you join the ranks of wizards who have lost their buttocks to inadvertant wand discharge.

These wands are approximately 13". Purchase a similar wand for $19.50, and be sure to specify the shape in your buyer's instructions.

Purpleheart and Oak Wand of Defense - 16"

Muggle Wandmaker is pleased to provide this 16" Wand, made from Oak and Purpleheart, to Professor Fazzio, instructor of Defense Against the Dark Arts and History of Magical Literature at the Riverdale Preparatory Academy of Magical Instruction. What with Oak's magical properties as the embodiment of wisdom and strength, stability and protection, and Purpleheart's magical properties of creativity, health, and healing, this wand is ideal for defensive and healing magic. At 16", it's the same length as Hagrid's oak wand. Use it wizely, Professor Fazzio.

Yellowheart and Purpleheart Wand - The Paradoxia

This wand is made from Yellowheart and Purpleheart and measures 14". As yellow and purple are opposite on the color wheel, so Yellowheart (or Pao Amarello) and Purpleheart are nearly polar opposites in wandlore. Yellowheart is known for leading to victory in combat, and for meditation and stillness. Purpleheart is known for its use in divination, its creative energy, and its healing powers. Combined, they look dang cool, and in the right hands, may be useful as maybe a wizard medic on the front lines in the fight against the death eaters, or perhaps to help restless kids sit still - I could sure use a wand that does that!

Yellowheart Wand - The Junior Duelist

This Yellowheart wand is a good example of the stubbier, blunter design for younger children. It's about 8" long, strong, and smooth. Of course, here again my muggle ignorance may have put the young recipient of this wand in grave peril - you see, Yellowheart, or Pao Amarello as it is also called, isn't the most harmless of wand woods. It turns out to be renowned for it's power in combat, though also encouraging meditation and stillness. I'm really not sure how that works. I only hope that the young wizard who received this one uses its power for good.

Padauk Wand - 10" - The Adderhead

This hand-turned wand is made from Padauk, and measures 10". Don't start to think the color is a trick of an image editor - this piece of wood had striking color. Wandlore says that padauk is "a powerful yet chaotic wood, not at all recommended for those new to The Craft. The energy of this wood is constantly changing, randomly fluctuating. It would, however, be an amazing wood for healing magic if one could learn to harness the chaotic energy within. In the hands of the inexperienced, it would likely do more harm than good."

I suppose I should have researched the magical properties of Padauk before I tried waving this wand around - you think Ollivander's was a mess after Harry Potter tried a few mismatched wands, you should have seen my shop! Good think I know Scourgify and Repairo! Could have been much, much worse. Still, if you think your magical abilities are honed and polished enough, this may be a wand for you.

Walnut Sapwood Wand: Cely Strom

This 12" Walnut Wand is highly unusual, made almost entirely from the outside rings of the tree where the tree was still alive when it was cut down (the darker heartwood doesn't grow or carry nutrients). Being only a Muggle Wandmaker, I'm not sure how this affects the magical properties of the wand. Walnut is known for being a thoughtful and serious wood that helps with inner clarity and geared toward introspection, but in this case, the sapwood I think will balance that out, making this wand great for the light-hearted extrovert as well as the serious introvert. Hmm. Where's Ollivander or Gregorivich when I need them...Ah well, I'd better send them an owl.

Purpleheart and Walnut Wand: Vazni Energi

This Walnut and Purpleheart wand is 13" long, made from two separate pieces of solid hardwood. The combination of the innate seriousness of the walnut in the handle and the creative energy of the purpleheart makes this a wand for some serious transfiguration, charms, and conjuring - a powerful, all-purpose wand. Be careful it doesn't fall into the wrong hands, because I have a feeling this wand is destined for greatness - the wand chooses the wizard or witch, and this one was beyond my muggle spellcasting abilities.

Oak Wand - the Kralni Moudrost

This Oak Wand measures 12" long. Its styling is sturdy, ready for intense field use, with tapered design to channel the wizard's energy toward the business end of the wand. Oak is known in wandlore for wisdom, strength, stability, protection, patience, and endurance. Hagrid himself carries an oak wand, though if you ask him, he will claim it's just a pink umbrella...Still, his wand served him well, and this wand will serve well whoever wields it.

Alder Wand - The Conjurus Cosmus

This Alder Wizard Wand is 12" long, and designed with a smooth, flowing form for maximum circulation of the innate magical energy. The blunt ends and thick wand are also perfect for young witches or wizards - also guaranteed to be free of the ministry's trace - no ministry letters have ever been sent to any underage wizard who used this wand, no matter how blatant the spell, or how many muggles were present.

Walnut Wizard Wand - The Onisco

This wizard wand is made from walnut, inspired by Bellatrix Lestrange's walnut wand, later weilded to great effect by Hermione Granger in the Battle of Hogwarts.

This wand is 11" long, and with tapers and beads designed to channel the magical energy of the wielder, this wand is guaranteed to be lots of fun. Walnut is a dark wood, known for being thoughtful and serious, but with the right attitude that can be overcome and this can be great for jinxing your friends - jelly legs (tarantallegra) - and tickling (rictusempra) are just the beginning with this wand.

Price: $16.50

Cherry and Bloodwood Wand: The Legilliment

This wand is 11 inches long, smooth and well balanced, made from cherry and bloodwood. In wandlore, Cherry is known for its powers from the earth, helping the wielder to clarify thoughts and keep a level head. Bloodwood helps reveal secrets and works well with the elements. Together they make a powerful wand for legillimency - good thing Voldemort's wand was made from yew, and not this combination, or even Snape wouldn't have stood a chance at keeping his thoughts to himself!

Healer's Wand: Purplehart, 10 Inches

This Purpleheart wand brings out the best in witches and wizards studying for a career at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies. Purpleheart works well for exposing compassion and generosity, and is known in wandlore for its divination and creative powers, for spiritual healing and health. Madam Pomfrey may have even used a wand like this in her days at Hogwarts. And if Professor Trelawney had only had a purpleheart wand, she could have predicted more than just Harry's future.

As with all my wands, this is solid hardwood, with a clear finish, ready for all sorts of wizarding adventures - metaphysical magical core included. Also, as they say, the wand chooses the wizard, so if you feel a wand like this must be out there calling to you, email me with no delay and I'll get it to you as quickly as I can.

Oak and Purpleheart Auror's Wand - 11.5"

Oak is known for endurance, and triumph. Purpleheart is known in wandlore for its divination and creative powers, for spiritual healing and health. The magic in this wand is as real as Harry Potter - it's just plain fun. But there's also the charm and appeal of hand-turned, solid wood construction, custom made to order. Great for kids of all ages. Look out, you-know-who, for the witch or wizard armed with this one!

Bloodwood Wand - 12": The Drevo Krve

This bloodwood wizarding wand is highly styled, rigid and robust. Don't be afraid of the macabre sounding name of the wood - Bloodwood is so named for its color and not its magical properties. An exotic hardwood, bloodwood has the unique characteristic of working easily with all elemental spheres, especially whichever is tied to your personal sun sign. I have no idea what that means. I am only a muggle wandmaker after all. But this much I do understand: Ronan the centaur would appreciate this wand - Bloodwood is useful in divination as it helps uncover long-lost secrets, both past and future, aiding its posessor in understanding the given knowledge. It's also perfect for matters of heart and healing.

Whew, that was a moutful (or a handful since I typed this). I guess as a muggle I can only report what wandlore tells me. This wand has never so much as shot sparks for me, and wasn't made in the light of a full moon on the winter solstice either. But my kids were all disappointed that I was selling it and not giving it to one of them, so it seems to have some magic in it for kids at least.

A wand like this, highly styled, from wood in stock, is $18.00.

Myrtle and Purpleheart Wand: The Pacifica Silna

This Myrtle and Purpleheart Wand has an innate magic all its own. Myrtle is a haven for peace and is admired for its relative strength and sheer size. The Myrtle tree itself represents endurance and power and because it is often struck by lightning it has been said to have the ability to attract inspiration, wisdom and illumination. Purpleheart is known in wandlore for its divination and creative powers, for spiritual healing and health. Together they make a powerful wand that is great for jinxing your siblings when they get on your nerves, and for blocking unfriendly hexes and dirty looks. And it looks dang cool.

This wand is 12 and a half inches long, and as with other wands of two pieces of wood, the price is $5.00 plus $1.50 per inch, or $23.75 total, if as with this wand it's made from supplies I have on hand.

Maple Wand - 13": The Patronus Nu

This wand is made from a single piece of white maple. Maple is known as the tree of abundance and imagination, is known for helping to focus on making the right choices, good for spells of communication, binding, transmutation, and easing remorse for past mistakes. I'm sure it would do just fine for charms, transfiguration, defense against the dark arts, and for jinxing your siblings when they get on your nerves. Don't get caught using magic outside of school though - the decree for the restriction of underage wizardry and all. If you DO get caught, hope there's a house elf around you can blame it on - worked for harry.

Walnut Wand - 12": Introspectus Alpha

This is a solid-wood hand-turned wizard wand made from black walnut. In wandlore, walnut is known for being a thoughful and serious wood, geared toward introspection and assisting with inner clarity. Walnut makes beautiful wands because it's hard and strong, and finishes smooth and shiny. As far as a magical core, the wizard who this wand chooses will have to discern that.

I really like the form of this wand, with its knurled, tapering, masculine appearance - it has a feeling of power, almost sinister, definitely a force to be reckoned with. Please, use this wand for good, for battling death eathers and protecting innocent muggles, and whatever you do, don't let it fall into the wrong hands.

Purpleheart and Maple Wand: The Healer's Apprentice

This Purpleheart and Maple wand is handmade from solid hardwood and finished with a natural shellac finish. The styling is sleek, slender, and curvy. My coworkers call it a girl's wand, but I think that's because they're girls and they want it. Good for wizards too, and even if you don't play for dumbledore's side.

Purpleheart is known in wandlore for its divination and creative powers, for spiritual healing and health. Maple is known for helping to focus on making the right choices, good for spells of communication, binding, transmutation, and easing remorse for past mistakes. Put them together and it makes a cool looking wand. OK so I don't actually place any spells on my wand, I'm not a druid, and I have never seen sparks shoot from the tip. The magic of my wands is as real as Harry Potter, Merlin, elves, witches, wizards, bowtruckles, and the lot.

This wand is 11 and a half inches long, and as with other wands of two pieces of wood, the price is $5.00 plus $1.50 per inch, or $22.50 total, if as with this wand it's made from supplies I have on hand.

Alder Wand - 12": The Protego Maximus

Alder wood is a wood of many uses. Furniture makers prize it for its many grades, from knotty alder for rustic furniture, to smooth fine wood for fine woodwork. It's used in musical instruments, especially, guitars (most notably the Fender Stratocaster) because it provides a bright, well rounded, well sustained tone. It's also used a lot for charcoal, and especially salmon smoking. It's smooth and relatively soft for a hardwood. When used for wands, it's said to protect against drowning, act as a shield against death curses, ill omens, and destructive emotions, and cultivate visions of the inner and outer worlds, bridging above and below.

My bowtruckles assured me that this is not from the same tree as the Elder Wand or Wand of Destiny, so no worries there about being killed for this wand. If you're lucky enough for this wand to choose you, it's 12" long, single piece, and sells for $18.00.

Known for endurance, and triumph, this natural-finish solid oak wand has been carefully turned and polished to a bright sheen and is ready for charm work, transfiguration class, and of course, defense against the dark arts. Remember the wand chooses the wizard, so be sure to select the wand that speaks to you, and don't be disappointed if it doesn't shoot out red sparks when you first grip it - that's just in the stories...

All my wands are made individually, from wood selected by the pickiest bowtruckles in Riverdale. Designed for the young witch or wizard, with blunt tips and metaphysical cores that can be identified only by the witch or wizard of the wand's chosing. Tested and inspected by my own children via wizard duel, and guaranteed to provide loads of spellcasting fun.

Single-piece wands priced $1.50 per inch. Wand pictured: $18.75

Walnut and Oak Wand: 9"

This Walnut and Oak wand, 9" long, supple and smooth, was made with aspiring young witches and wizards in mind - short, sturdy, and blunt. The combination of Oak and Walnut, besides looking really cool, should be good for long lasting shield charms and counter-curses. Of course, Professor Umbridge might say your counter curses are improperly named, and should just be called curses, but then nobody likes her so who really cares, right? If you want to know how well Oak works as a wand shaft, just ask Hagrid.

Price: $18.50

Cherry Mini-Wand

Imagine a witch or wizard without a magic wand? It's like a dog without a nose or a teenager without an ipod. It's just not right. You wouldn't dream of sending your young witch or wizard out into the outside world unprotected - you never know what the muggles might be up to, or worse, death eaters...Be prepared. And remember, the wand chooses the wizard.

For my handmade magic wands, wand quality wood is kept on hand, selected by the pickiest bowtruckles around. Or if you want to order something exotic, we're game. Choose from solid one-piece construction such as the one shown, or use a different kind of wood for the handle. $1.50 per inch wand for single-piece construction, add $5 for a two-piece wand. This includes wood if it's in-stock, and it includes a friction polish like the one pictured. Wand pictured is cherry, 10 inches.

Please specify the age of the witch or wizard the wand is meant for - blunt tips and thicker construction is more conducive to the younger ones. Magical cores are up to you to place inside with the appropriate charm. Choose the styling too - be creative and order your wand today.
